Refund policy

We don't offer refunds, but we stand behind what we sell and will make things right if things don't go as planned. Fruit isn't always predictable, but we do our best to ship at the right time and pack it as well as possible. Please take a photo of what you receive as soon as you open the box, even if things look perfect. You may find something isn't right later, and having the photo can help identify if it was a problem with shipping or if the fruit just spontaneously combusted.
